First Degree
Murder
First degree murder is any murder
which is committed with premeditation and
deliberation. All other murders will be
considered second degree murders.
A murder can be treated as a first degree if it
is in the commission of an inherently dangerous
felony. The following are inherently dangerous felonies
which will constitute a first degree murder:

Carjacking |

Robbery |

Burglary |

Kidnapping |

All other serious
felonies |
