Kidnapping
Kidnapping is the act of seizing and taking away
another person by force or deception. Varieties
of kidnapping include:
a) "Aggravated Kidnapping" is kidnapping
combined with an aggravation factor such as a
ransom demand or injury to the victim.
b) "Parental Kidnapping" is the kidnapping of a
child by one parent in violation of the other
parent's custodial or visitation rights.
